A Monessen man is charged with fleeing from a traffic stop over the weekend and breaking into a home in Greensburg. The Trib reports that 29-year-old Drew Lepresti II of Monessen was found by police after he led them on a chase that started at a traffic stop in the area of South Main and Cribbs Streets. Police tried to pull him over for a burned out headlight and was pulled over on the on-ramp to Route 30 West. He allegedly led police on a chase from there through a few neighborhoods before stopping on Westminster Avenue and breaking into home on that road. He was being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $75,000 bail. A July 19 preliminary hearing is set.
