FIRE MARSHALS RULE UNITY STRIP MALL FIRE ACCIDENTAL

State police fire marshals have ruled the fire at a strip mall in Unity has been ruled accidental.  The Trib reports that the fire on April 23rd started near Roadman’s Country Living Shoppe in the Latrobe 30 shoppes shopping plaza.  Trooper Chet Bell said there was an electrical fault or failure where the sign belonging to Roadman’s was fixed to an overhang on the building.  The damage from the fire was estimated at over $1 million.  Several businesses and empty storefronts took on damage from the fire.
