Pennsylvania’s two U.S. Senators are striking different tones after President Joe Biden announced he will no longer seek re-election yesterday. Senator Bob Casey said Biden dedicated himself to improving the lives of Americans and has always put his country first. Meanwhile, Senator John Fetterman claimed to Semafor that Biden was “pushed out,” and lamented that he is no longer seeking another term while recently convicted New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez is still in office. Casey says he is endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic ticket.
