MONESSEN MAN FACES DRUG DELIVERY CHARGES THAT RESULTED IN DEATH

A Monessen man now faces charges of drug delivery resulting in death.  The Trib reports that 31-year-old James Cilo, Jr. faces the charge in connection with the death of Jennifer Vuckovich after he allegedly bought her drugs in early March of 2023.  She would be found unresponsive on March 4th and die a few days later.  Cilo was arrested last week, but is now free on $15,000 bail.
