A Westmoreland County man has been charged in connection with the January 6th, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The Trib reports that 26-year-old Tristian Sartor was taken into custody on Tuesday by the FBI tactical squad. Investigators used distinctive clothing, a gold lapel pin and other items to identify him. According to the criminal complaint, Sartor was inside the Capitol building for 1 minute and 15 seconds. He is not accused of committing any physical acts of violence, but he faces four federal counts including entering and remaining in a restricted building; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. The case will be prosecuted in the U.S. district court in Washington, DC.
