Westmoreland County Commissioners have allocated close to 90% of the American Rescue Plan funds received in 2022, and now have until the end of the year to allocate the remaining $10.5 million. The Trib reports that in 2022, the county was awarded $105.3 million in Covid-19 relief money. Westmoreland officials say, through the end of the June, the county has lost nearly $94 million in revenue since 2020. Over $82 million was used to replace funds lost to the pandemic
