FORMER LATROBE MAN ACQUITTED

A former Latrobe man was acquitted of felony rape charges yesterday in Westmoreland County Court.  The Trib reports that a jury did find 25-year-old Glenn D. Jones, Jr. of Hostetter guilty of possession of marijuana and two counts each of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors.  The charges were connected with incidents in May and June of 2020.  He will be sentenced at a later date.
