THE LAMP THEATER TO BE FILMING SITE FOR INDEPENDENT MOVIE

The Lamp Theater is going to be the site of filming for an upcoming independent movie.  The Trib reports that McKeesport native Mark Cantu will be back at the theater today, tomorrow and Wednesday to resume shooting scenes for his cosmic horror comedy “Grind”.  Cantu said he plans to shoot interior shots at The Lamp on Aug. 19, along with late-night outdoor filming on Main Street. He has set aside Aug. 20 and 21 for additional interior filming at The Lamp.
