NORWIN SCHOOL DISTRICT MAY CANCEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HALLOWEEN PARADE

Leaders with the Norwin School District are thinking of cancelling their elementary school Halloween parade.  The assistant superintendent says the annual tradition poses a safety risk for students.  Many parents in the area have gone online to urge the school system to keep the parade.  Norwin administrators have said they will make a decision on the issue before classes resume on August 22nd.
