ALLEGHENY COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL SAYS PLUM HOUSE EXPLOSION INVESTIGATION STILL ACTIVE

The Allegheny County Fire Marshal says the investigation into the house explosion in Plum is still active.  The community marked one year since the blast that took six lives yesterday with a remembrance mass at Saint Januarius Church.  The fire marshal has said the investigation has been extensive and thorough and there is no timeline yet on when it might be completed.  The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission previously announced that there was no evidence linking the explosion to the area’s natural gas provider.
