DERRY TOWNSHIP MAN PLEADS GUILTY

A Derry Township man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting six teenage girls last year.  The Trib reports that 20-year-old Christopher Frazier pleaded guilty to 19 counts over six cases where he had sexual relations with girls between the ages of 12 and 16 over a four month period in 2023 in Derry, Unity and Latrobe.  Westmoreland County Common Pleas Judge Christopher Feliciani imposed terms Monday of a negotiated plea bargain that calls for him to serve 18 to 40 years in prison and nine additional years on probation. Fraser also faces a lifetime requirement to register as a convicted sex offender.
