A former Allegheny County DA’s office detective is once again accused of injecting his son with testosterone and forcing him to take Adderall. The Trib reports that 58-year-old Raymond Bonacci is accused of providing the drugs to enhance the child’s athletic performance in 2019 when the boy was with the Franklin-Regional High School Football team. Two drug delivery counts against Bonacci were dismissed last year during a preliminary hearing before District Judge Charles Conway. But the case was referred to the state Attorney General’s Office, and state police refiled the charges this week.
