OHIO MAN FACES HOMICIDE BY VEHICLE CHARGES

An Ohio man now faces charges of Homicide by Vehicle for a fatal crash in Salem in July of 2023.  The Trib reports that a child that was a passenger in the car of 23-year-old Ricardo Hardy, Jr. was killed when his SUV collided with a tri-axle truck near the intersection of Route 22 and Route 819.  He was charged with felony homicide by vehicle, three counts of reckless endangering, and several traffic violations.  No word on when his trial will take place.
