The House task force chair on Donald Trump’s attempted assassination is questioning law enforcement’s so-called “frozen” response. Pennsylvania Republican Congressman Mike Kelly says he wants to know why the sniper waited to fire on the shooter when he already had him in his sights. Kelly says he wants to know who was in charge of the decision making on that day in Butler County. Kelly thinks it’s too early to tell whether there was any criminal negligence in the assassination attempt.
