The man who takes care of the voting process in Westmoreland County says he is ready for November. Elections Director Greg McCloskey tells TribLive that the steps taken by the county don’t really change during a presidential election year as compared with off-year elections. County Commissioner Ted Kopas says there is a system in place to protect against fraud, both with in-person and mail-in voting. Some of those safeguards include authorized poll watchers and post-election audits.
