VACANT PROPERTY TO HIT THE MARKET

Some vacant property owned by Upper Burrell Township off Milligantown Road will soon hit the market.  The Trib reports that Township Supervisors on Wednesday directed Lower Burrell real estate agent Jim Collodi to make an appraisal of three acres of property across from Jack’s Backyard Bar and Grill.  The property is currently zoned for residential use.  Officials want to put the property up for bid after the appraisal is in place.
