NEIGHBORS CONCERNED ABOUT NOISE POLLUTION AT PROPOSED PAVILION

Neighbors and the owners of a hotel in Ligonier are arguing over a potential 2000-square-foot pavilion. The Trib reports that the owners of Thistledown at Seger House says the pavilion will host large events and bring new visitors to the borough, but neighbors claim the project will be an eyesore, and will also cause a lot of noise pollution.
