INDIANA AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING WEAPON REPORTED AT HIGH SCHOOL

Authorities in Indiana County are investigating a report of a weapon existing at the Indiana Senior High School.  A note from Superintendent Robert Heinrich said they along with borough police are investigating a Safe to Say report.  Borough Police, the county’s District Attorney and school administrators are working together in the investigation and police requested “out-of-county” resources to support the investigation.  The investigation revealed no threat to the district and classes are operating normally this morning.
