PRISONER ACCUSED OF ASSAULTING CHILD

A man who was previously convicted of raping an adult neighbor in Greensburg is now accused of sexually assaulting a child. Counts including indecent assault have been filed against 30-year-old Justin Owens Hall. The charges stem from allegations that Hall abused a three-year-old in Penn Township back in 2019. That case was still open when he was convicted of the 2020 rape and locked up at SCI Smithfield. Two state corrections officials have reported that Hall has admitted to assaulting the child since he has been in prison.
