State police have identified a suspect in the theft of a car and a dog belonging to a Donegal man. WTAE-TV reports that a car and a beloved dog both owned by Wiliard Martz were stolen Monday after someone took the keys off him in the parking lot of the Tractor Supply store in Mount Pleasant. State Police say the suspect, 43-year-old Kenneth Crider of Poolesville, Maryland was seen at Walmart in Dunbar Township in Mart’z vehicle, and he reportedly let the dog out to go to the bathroom. While a warrant has been issued for Crider’s arrest, Martz’s family is asking for the dog to be returned to them.
