WITNESS INTIMIDATION CHARGES FILED

A Belle Vernon man awaiting trial for a 2022 fatal shooting and his girlfriend are now charged with intimidating a witness in that case.  The Trib reports that 29-year-old Anthony Hairston and 28-year-old Aimee Miller from Avalon allegedly conspired to make a post on his Facebook page while he remains in jail awaiting trial for the death of Holly Vadella of Rostraver.  Westmoreland County Detectives said one of the witnesses, Shaquala Poole of Uniontown, felt threatened by the post, and said that she was concerned about testifying because of it.  Miller is free on $25,000 unsecured bail. Her preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 12. Hairston is set for arraignment Friday.
