COUPLE CREDITS DOG WITH SAVING THEIR LIVES

A Westmoreland County couple is giving credit to their dog for saving their lives.  Christine and James Crise’s home caught fire Tuesday night as the they were asleep — though their dog Kahlua was very much awake.  Kahlua woke Mr. Crise up by licking his face — something out of character for Kahlua to do.  The Crises woke up and were able to escape their Unity Township home before the fire destroyed their way out.  The cause of the fire is not yet known.
