A preliminary hearing is scheduled for today for embattled Arnold police chief Joshua Stanga. Stanga is facing five misdemeanor charges after reportedly failing a professional integrity test back in August. Investigators say that three-hundred dollars in cash was placed along with phony OxyContin pills in an abandoned vehicle in Arnold and that Stanga responded to the scene. They say that most of the cash was taken and that, in his official report, Stanga stated that he only found the pills and a fraction of the money.
