GRACE LIFE CHURCH FINALIZES PURCHASE OF DOUBLETREE HOTEL

Grace Life Church is finalizing their purchase of the former DoubleTree hotel in Monroeville.  Leaders with the church say they have closed their deal to acquire the property next to the Monroeville Convention Center.  The new owners want to keep operating the building as a hotel and they are looking to establish a business partnership to make that happen.  They also say they plan to rent out the first floor for church services.
