BILLING CHANGES FOR GARBAGE AND STORMWATER FEES IN PLUM

Billing changes for garbage and stormwater fees are coming next month for residents in Plum.  At the start of the new year, the monthly bills that were sent out by the Plum Borough Municipal Authority will be turned over to Keystone Collections.  The company plans to change the billing cycles from monthly to quarterly or annually.  Also, instead of going to the person who pays the water bill for the residence, the bills will be going to property owners.  That means, in some cases, they will be issued to landlords instead of tenants.
