Lt. Governor Austin Davis paid a visit to Adagio Health in Hempfield to raise awareness of the upcoming deadline for making changes or purchasing new health insurance coverage through Pennie, the state-owned marketplace. The Trib reports that So far this year, 435,000 Pennsylvanians have registered for the coverage next year, according to Pennie Executive Director Devon Trolley. The officials are asking new and returning policy holders to look at their coverage choices ahead of the enrollment deadline on December 15th. Changes to plans and costs are likely to impact Western PA residents when the new policies start up next year.
