INVESTIGATORS WORKING TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF CRITTER COUNTRY FIRE

Investigators are working to determine the cause of a Thursday fire at the Critter Country Animal Farm in Smithton.  The property operates as a zoo featuring over 300 animals including wildlife ranging from domestic farm animals to leopards, tigers and zebras.  The Rostraver Central Fire Department reports that a number of animals lost their lives in the blaze.  No humans were injured.
