CHARGES WITHDRAWN AGAINST ARNOLD WOMAN

Charges were withdrawn against an Arnold woman charged with trying to break into a New Kensington home.  The Trib reports that charges were withdrawn last Thursday against 19-year-old Mayona Harrington as the alleged victims did not appear in court to testify.  Harrington was accused of being among a group of people who tried to break into a home on Leishman Avenue on January 5th.  The alleged victim said that Harrington threatened to shoot her,  Harrington has denied the charges.
