Sentencing has been ordered for a defendant convicted in connection with the 2020 killing of an Indiana University of Pennsylvania student. Twenty-year-old Jaedyn Wright was fatally shot near campus in 2020. Twenty-two-year-old Terrion Gates, one of four people charged in the case, pleaded guilty last year to a charge of murder. He was sentenced last week to life in prison without parole on the murder charges and an additional 12 to 24 years behind bars on additional convictions on robbery and conspiracy.
