NTSB RELEASES PRELIMINARY REPORT ON LANCASTER PLANE CRASH

The National Transportation Safety Board has released its preliminary report on a plane crash in Pennsylvania last month.  The NTSB says the cabin door of a small aircraft with a family onboard opened during takeoff, then the plane started shaking before it went down in the parking lot of a retirement community in Lancaster County.  The pilot and his son spent weeks in the hospital.  The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
