TWO PEOPLE HURT IN FOUR VEHICLE CRASH ON ROUTE 30

Two people were hurt after a four-vehicle crash yesterday on Route 30 in Hempfield.  The Trib reports that the eastbound side of the highway was shut down in the area of the Cedar Street exit.  The crash was reported around 5:15 PM, and traffic was diverted for about four hours.  The two were taken to AHN Forbes Hospital in Monroeville for treatment.  State police are investigating.
