FORMER ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE/RETIRED ATTORNEY APPOINTED TO LIGONIER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

A former administrative law judge and retired attorney has been appointed to the Ligonier Township board of supervisors.  The Trib reports that 69-year-old John Fraser was named to fill the vacancy of D. Scott Matson, who abruptly resigned.  Fraser said that he will just be there until the end of the year, but will not run for one of the two supervisor seats up for grabs in the municipal election.
