WASHINGTON COUNTY MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO 12TH DUI

A Washington County man has pleaded guilty to his 12th DUI, that according to Westmoreland County DA Nicole Ziccarelli.  The Trib reports that William Strogish of Ellsworth entered the plea on Friday in connection with a crash that injured three people on Laurel Mountain in Ligonier Township back in July of 2023.  The DA’s office said that he was previously designated as a habitual offender   His sentence will be handed down in three months.
