UTILITY CREWS ALMOST DONE WITH POWER RESTORATION

Utility crews are almost done with their work on restoring power in Westmoreland County.  West Penn Power says that even after yesterday’s severe storms, 882 of its customers are without power.  New Kensington City and Loyalhanna Township have the highest concentration of outages.  Power could be restored today by noon.
