A Delmont man was arrested Sunday on accusations of stealing a car in Trafford and setting it on fire near the railroad tracks. The Trib reports 35-year-old Steven Ray Flenner is charged with theft, reckless burning and related crimes for the incident last Wednesday. Trafford police said that a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero was stolen by Flenner and found burned beside the Norfolk Southern rail line. The victim told police that he was involved in an incident with Flenner a few days earlier that may have resulted in the suspect being upset, but those details were not released. Flenner is now in Westmoreland County Prison on $50,000 bail and a preliminary hearing is set for May 13th.
