UNITY MAN ARRESTED

A Unity man is under arrest after State Police said he tried to kill one person and attacked and sexually assaulted another.  The Trib reports 32-year-old Collin Boggio was arrested on Friday for incidents that started late Thursday night.  State Troopers said he choked a woman around 11:30 PM and threatened to kill her with a knife.  After loading a shotgun, police said he forced his way into a Derry Township home at 5:30 the next morning, and allegedly tried to coax the victim outside, but the door stayed closed.  He was denied bail at his arraignment hearing Friday and will remain in Westmoreland County Prison until the preliminary hearing on May 19th.
