FORMER GREENSBURG POLICE CHIEF ORDERED TO REPORT TO PRISON ON JUNE 10

Former Greensburg Police Chief Shawn Denning has been ordered to report to federal prison on June 10th to start serving his prison sentence in a drug distribution conspiracy case.  The Trib reports that the notice was made by the US Marshals.  He will serve his 15-month sentence at a federal correctional institution in Schuykill County.  He is free on bond after he was sentenced on May 1st for a guilty plea to charges of conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and cocaine.
