A woman from Beaver Falls is accused of stealing thousands of dollars in lottery scratch-off tickets from a convenience store in Mt. Pleasant. KDKA-TV reports that 29-year-old Susan Decker allegedly took $5000 worth of tickets between February and March. The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office said they have security footage of her taking the ticket books. Decker told police that she would take the tickets home for her own purposes and was trying to use the $1000 in illicit winnings to support her boyfriend. She is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
