LOWER BURRELL MAN ACCUSED OF INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT INVOLVING MINORS

A Lower Burrell man is accused of having inappropriate content involving minors.  The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office has charged 29-year-old Christian Tominello with 100 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material.  Police launched an investigation after they were notified that files possibly showing abuse were sent through Snapchat on an IP address linked to Tominello.  Detectives say their searches turned up over 25-hundred illegal files.
