First time filings for unemployment are decreasing across Pennsylvania. That’s according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which says for the week ending July 19th, there were more than ten-thousand first time filings in the state. That number is down by more than 34-hundred filings compared to the week prior. Nationally, the number of initial filings dropped for the week.
