MULTIPLE FIRE CREWS ON SCENE AT VANDERGRIFT FIRE

Multiple fire crews are on the scene of a fire in Vandergrift this morning.  Westmoreland County 911 confirmed over 20 fire companies from Westmoreland, Indiana and Armstrong counties were called at 8:00 this morning, including Iselin-West Lebanon fire department.  Officials confirmed that the fire set off ammunition that was stored in the house at 404 Emerson Street. No injuries were reported.  Three people in the home were evacuated by police.  No word yet on a cause.
