A search was called off Wednesday night for a Manor man who fled from a Sheriff’s deputy intending to serve him with an arrest warrant. The Trib reports that state police and the sheriff’s deputies are looking for 42-year-old Donald Sciulli who ran from deputies that tried to serve him with a warrant at an ice cream shop along Route 66 in Hempfield. He is wanted on an arrest warrant from Allegheny County on charges of strangulation, flight to avoid apprehension, simple assault and harassment. He was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 30th but did not show up for it. Sciulli was described as a 200-pound white man, about 6 feet tall. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark T-shirt and a ball cap. If you have seen him, call 911.
