PENN-TRAFFORD AREA RECREATION COMMISSION COULD DISSOLVE

The Penn-Trafford Area Recreation Commission could dissolve after 24 years following votes by the non-profit’s governing bodies.  The Trib reports that Penn-Trafford School District voted Monday and Trafford voted Tuesday to dissolve the organization. More votes are expected later this month.  If the organization ends, Penn Township Recreation Director Michael Tassone said he would take over the nonprofit’s operations.
