GREENSBURG SALEM LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE LEARNING PROGRAM

The Greensburg Salem School District is launching a new and expanded online learning platform.  Called the GOLD Academy, the classes are available for K through 12 students.  The academy offers 350 courses with varying degrees of difficulty for each grade level.  District leaders say the program is meant to compete more strongly with cyber charter schools.
