A North Huntingdon man is charged with disrupting a public meeting last month. The Trib reports that 35-year-old Nicholas Carozza is charged with one count of disruption during a meeting on July 16th when he spoke beyond the 5-minute limit during public comment. When asked by a Commissioner to wrap up his comments, he continued to talk and was removed by police after six minutes. A pre-trial hearing is set for August 29th. He also faces charges of defiant trespass and conspiracy to that count for incidents at the police department.
