A Maryland man pleaded guilty to carjacking a retired Marine from Donegal Township The Trib reports that 44-year-old Kenneth Crider entered guilty pleas to charges connected with the Sept. 23 carjacking and a related offense in connection with a high-speed police chase a day earlier near the New Stanton exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Crider took the car belonging to Willard Martz that had his dog Lucky inside it. The dog has been missing ever since. Crider admitted to letting the dog out at a rest stop on I-95 but did not provide any other details on the dog’s whereabouts. Common Pleas Judge Scott Mears ordered Crider to serve two consecutive sentences totaling 14 months to 10 years in prison and an additional two years of probation.
