HOME AND SALON DAMAGED IN SCOTTDALE FIRE

A home and salon were damaged by a fire on Monday in Scottdale.  The Trib reports that the fire was called in at 3:21 at the home on Loucks Avenue that also houses Sorrento Styling Salon.  The occupants were able to get out unharmed and a few rooms were able to be saved thanks to doors being closed preventing the fire from spreading to them.  The fire appears to have started on the back porch.  Multiple fire departments were called in.
