A PENNSYLVANIAN COURT IS REQUESTING THE RETURN OF LUIGI MANGIONE FOR COURT APPEARANCE

A Pennsylvania court is requesting the return of Luigi Mangione—the man charged with killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York—to face charges filed last year.  Mangione was arrested at a McDonald’s in Altoona and is facing multiple counts, including forgery, firearm violations, and tampering with court records. Blair County officials have ordered him to stand trial in November.  Mangione was scheduled for a virtual court appearance, and U.S. Marshals now have 14 days to respond to the transfer request.
