A Greensburg man pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct after police said he stumbled into and refused to leave the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash in Hempfield over the summer. The Trib reports that 35-year-old Jonathan Mezeivtch told court officials that he never intended to disobey police, and swerved while he was riding his eBike, accidentally intruded on the crash scene where 19-year-old Adam Lynch was killed. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors dismissed one count of obstruction of justice. He was ordered to serve a year of probation.
