SPRINGDALE PLANNING COMMISSION DELAYS DECISION ON PROPOSED DATA CENTER

The Springdale Planning Commission is again delaying a decision on the proposed data center in the borough.  During the commission meeting yesterday, members decided to postpone a vote on a recommendation for the local council.  The decision was also delayed late last month.  Developers have submitted plans to build the data center on the former Cheswick Generating Station site.  A vote could happen during an upcoming planning commission meeting on October 27th.
